Archivo is still in beta, so some workflows are being refined as the archive grows. These are the most common questions buyers and photographers ask.
Do I need an account to browse?
No. Buyers can browse the archive and search public previews without creating an account.
Why are previews watermarked?
Public previews stay watermarked and downsized so the archive is browseable while original files remain protected.
How do I get the original files?
Originals unlock after checkout through a private order page, and email delivery can also send the download page to the checkout email.
What if I cannot find my team or match?
Archivo is still in archive-building beta, so coverage depends on which photographers and clubs have uploaded galleries.
